Together, we’ll create a path forward rooted in care, grace, and intention, with a custom proposal provided after your consultation.

Full Wedding Planning

Best for couples starting from scratch or planning from engagement to “I do.”

  • Unlimited communication via email and text

  • Extra Hours - Additional lead coordinator hours beyond your package limit.
  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination - Hands-on support the night before so your welcome gathering runs smoothly.
  • Vendor Gratuity Handling - Distribution of tips and thank-yous so nothing is missed.
  • Travel Fees - Mileage reimbursement beyond 25 miles round-trip from Livermore.
  • Hotel Stay - Required for events exceeding 90 minutes travel time one-way from Livermore.
  • Vendor & Item Pickup/Return - Pickup or return of florals, cake, alcohol, rentals, décor, and supplies.
  • Additional Assistant Coordinator - For larger weddings, extra assistants ensure smooth execution and full coverage. Final staffing is confirmed in advance based on guest count, venue complexity, and event flow. Recommended coverage: up to 100 guests with a lead + 1 assistant; 101–150 guests with a lead + 2 assistants; 151–200 guests with a lead + 3 assistants; plus one additional assistant per every 50 guests thereafter.

Every wedding begins with a phone call to talk through your plans and answer your questions. If you choose to move forward, a signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer secure your date. Your proposal and agreement outline payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms.
